During the next twelve hours, most of the country can expect cold and dry weather, with very cold temperatures in Balochistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan.
Fog and frost are expected in plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh. Frost is also possible in the Pothohar region and Kashmir during the morning hours.

Islamabad and Muzaffarabad are two degrees Celsius cooler, Murree is two degrees cooler, Lahore is seven degrees cooler, Karachi is eight degrees cooler, Peshawar is three degrees cooler, Quetta is six degrees cooler, and Gilgit is zero degrees cooler.
The Met Office forecast for Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts very cold and dry weather in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, and Jammu.
The following temperatures were recorded this morning:
Srinagar is one degree Celsius, Jammu is seven, Leh is twelve, Pulwama is one, and Shopian, Anantnag, and Baramula are two degrees Celsius.
